- 3cl Moon Gin
- 3cl Campari
- 3cl Red Vermouth

Finish with an orange zest


Moon Mule

- 5cl Moon Gin
- 3cl Lime juice
- Top with ginger beer
- Lime zest

Strawberry Moon Collins

- 3 cl strawberry coulis
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 4 cl Moon Gin
- 3 cl simple sugar syrup (1:2)

Build up as listed above and stir once.


Moon Perfect Serve

- Ice
- 5 cl Moon Gin
- 15 cl Indian Tonic
- Lime zest


Cherry Moon Granité Tonic

This cocktail is made in 2 steps.

1. Granité

20 gr Orgeat/almond
120 gr Cherry Moon Gin
80 gr Simple syrup (1:2)
40 gr Supasawa or lemon juice
6 gr Purple shiso cress (cut)

Put this in the freezer and scratch regularly with a fork

2. The cocktail

50 gr Granité
1 Tonic water
Finish with some shiso cress
